Our “Agriturismo e Cantina con Cucina” is the realization of a dream: letting our kids growing up and living a “natural” life, close to traditions, simplicity and nature’s cyclic rhythms.
Chasing this dream, in 2008 we left Milan to get into the green heart of this beautiful region: le Marche. We fell in love with its rounded hills, its inhabitants and their elderly faces, its rural culture and above all, we fell in love with Him, the Lacrima di Morro d’Alba! So we move here, in San Marcello in the hinterland of Senigallia.
Ten years have passed and the dream is still alive: our daily commitment is to communicate and narrate to our guests the passion that moves us; our aim is to respect the nature, it’s seasonal times and +its precious peculiarities by choosing a non-invasive environmental impact, providing a simple and rural hospitality with traditional food in our Osteria, cultivating autochthonous vines without any forcing, but with devotion and love.
This is Tenuta San Marcello, our personal expression of Italian “Agriturismo”, vanguard of the terroir.

Perched in a privileged position on the top of one of the many splendid hills surrounded by panoramic vineyards views, Tenuta San Marcello was originally a 1892 Marchese farm house which has been completely restored and suited to meet the needs of a modern relaxing vacation without losing the historic rustic charm of it’s past. In line with the principles of a sustainable tourism, to meet its energy needs, the property uses photovoltaic and geothermal systems.
From the restoration of the old barn, the stables and the old farmhouse, 8 spacious bedrooms and 4 fully equipped apartments have been created. Attention to detail and welcoming differentiated décor for each room inspired by the colors and shades of the hills and the sea, transmits to the places the enveloping feeling of being at home.
The services provided, with multi-lingual staff, large courtyard, a saltwater swimming pool, playground and playhouse for children, impressive trail through the vineyards, wine cellar, wine and local specialties tasting, pizza oven and barbecue besides the restaurant service open for guests during the summer months, allows you to spend a holiday in complete harmony with the land and with nature.
The choice of location was not accidental, but was born from the magical encounter with the Lacrima di Morro d'Alba and the desire to produce this wine brought us to plant 4 hectares of vineyards, giving birth - three years later – to the first production of Tenuta San Marcello entirely suited to the two most important local grapes of Marches region: Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi and Lacrima di Morro d'Alba.
