Il nostro Agriturismo sorge in una posizione privilegiata, sui colli del litorale teramano  ad appena 8 km dalla rinomata spiaggia di Silvi Marina. Circondato da 22 ettari di terreno rigorosamente assoggettati alla certificazione biologica. I suoi uliveti, vigneti, gli allevamenti  e le  varie coltivazioni rispettano non solo la natura, ma anche il benessere fisico di ogni singolo ospite che deciderà di trascorrere le sue vacanze in una vera oasi di serenità.

Gli ambienti realizzati con i più moderni concetti di sicurezza e risparmio energetico, garantiscono un soggiorno più che confortevole. Totalmente privi di barriere architettoniche a partire dall’ampio salone al piano terra collegato al piano superiore anche con ascensore e asservito da una attrezzatissima ed accessoriata cucina. Una stanza doppia con bagno privato al piano terra ed altre due camere doppie al piano superiore con bagno privato e spogliatoio, che si affacciano ognuna su un terrazzo proiettato in un panorama luminoso e verdeggiante, rappresentano l’insieme degli spazi per trascorrere meravigliose vacanze all’insegna della straordinaria quiete della campagna senza rinunciare alle comodità abituali. Infatti, gli arredi di pregio, gli impianti di riscaldamento e di raffrescamento regolabili autonomamente ambiente per ambiente, il termocamino invernale a legna, l’aria pura ed incontaminata, i paesaggi incantevoli, le passeggiate naturalistiche, i prodotti biologici e tanto altro, permettono all’azienda agrituristica CIRELLI di farvi trascorrere vacanze indimenticabili.

 

Sia che gli ospiti decidano di prepararsi i pasti autonomamente, sia che optino per la formula tutto servito, assaporeranno i frutti dell’orto biologico dal gusto inconfondibile, nulla che vedere con quelli manipolati dall’industria. Barbecue e relativi ingredienti biologici sempre pronti ed alla fine della vacanza  un omaggio per ricordare i sapori dei prodotti gustati di fronte alla spettacolarità di luci, colori ed ombre del tramonto della vostra vacanza Abruzzese  ai piedi bella  addormentata.

Our estate is located in a picturesque scenario between the deep blue sea and the roundy hills, close to Atri, Abruzzo, a charming town in middle Italy.

The house is dipped in a landscape between the most singular and evocative of Abruzzo. The latest has strongly invested on the enviromental defense creating several national parks and protected

areas.

Our Agriturismo is located in a privileged area upon the roundy hills of Teramo, 8 km from the sea only.

All the 22 hectares of the estate are horganically grown (certified) and its olive trees vineyards, breedings and all the different cultivations fully respect nature and the wellbeing of all the guests.

All the rooms have been realized using the most updated safety and energy saving instruments, ensuring a more then comfortable staying. It’s a totally disable-friendly facility; an elevator lifting to the bedrooms is available at the ground floor together with a fully equipped kitchen. A double room with private bathroom on the ground floor and two more with private bathrooms and en-suite wardrobes are located on the first floor of the facility, both with a lovely balcony showing a breathtaking view: the quietness and the silence of the countryside combined with daily comforts.

In fact, prestigious furnishings, heating and cooling system independently manageable room by room, the air-thermo fireplace, the pure air, the breath-taking landscapes, the natural walks, the organic products and more allow Azienda Agrituristica CIRELLI to let you experience and unforgettable holiday.

During the staying in our organica villa the organic orchard is at the full availability of our guests allowing them to taste the fruits of our land.

Moreover, barbecue, basic organic ingredients are at the guests’ availability too and a small, sincere gift will let you enjoy more the first sunset on the so-called “spleeping beauty”, our Gran Sasso mountain looking like a laying down lady.
