Agriturismo Ripaiani 

In General 

The Agriturismo Ripaiani is an old cottage in which, in ancient times, Neri’s family (that everyone called with the name of the place: Ripaiani) lodged the people who came here to spent their holidays. Near the Agriturismo, in fact, there is a river which has ferruginous springs that are considered salutary for the body. We have called our Agriturismo ‘Ripaiani’ because we love tradition. This cottage is now fully renovated and furnished paying attention to the details with the intention to make your guests savouring a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Nestled in one of the quiet green Umbrian hills, the Agriturismo gives, to who chooses it, a memorable stay in its four flats: La Cantina (The Wine Vault), Il Focolare (The Hearth), Il Granaio (The Barn) and I Mandorli ( The Almond Trees).

La Cantina, providing accommodation for two people, is composed by a double bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with a fireplace and a cooking area. This flat is accessible also for disabled.

Il Focolare, providing accommodation for three people, is composed by a bedroom with one double and one single beds, a bathroom and a living room with a fireplace and a cooking area.

Il Granaio, providing accommodation for four people, is composed by two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace and a kitchen.

I Mandorli, providing accommodation for four people, overlooks the swimming pool and is composed by two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen.

The Agriturismo Ripaiani gives to its guests the possibility of using a swimming pool in the agriturismo and the tennis court that lies  in the manor house (50 metres far from the agriturismo). The Agriturismo Ripaiani, always paying attention to its guests needs, gives them the possibility to taste delicious local dishes in one of the restaurants near the agriturismo. It is possible riding horse or riding a mountain bike through the farm’s sends or, for who loves reviving the history of this Agriturismo, going down by foot as far as the river.

Who loves to spent his time in the open air, or rediscover the contact with the Mother Earth, or walk among holm oaks, oaks and olives or devote himself to other pleasant amusements, he chooses the Agriturismo Ripaiani.

There are people who choose it led by the desire to know the old habits and customs of the country families and the history of this old cottage. Others because, in addition to look for calmness and rest, loves to know and visit the most charming Umbrian cities.
