Valleprata Apartments is located in the green heart of Italy between lakes, mountains and castles. An ideal place for those who want to escape from the chaotic and stressful city life to find the pleasure of a small world untouched. Valleprata Apartments is a small family-run hotel situated on the outskirts of Sellano, a village between the high peaks of the Sibillini Mountains and Valnerina. With short trips (30 miles) you can reach the most beautiful cities of Umbria: Assisi, Spoleto, Foligno, Norcia, Cascia.

"The Graduate," "The Strawberry Tree", "The Spigo": these are the names of three fully furnished beautiful houses that can accommodate from two to six people (a total of 13 beds). The three rooms are equipped with kitchen (stove, refrigerator, coffee, dishes, toaster and microwave), dining room, sleeping area with double bedrooms, bathroom (with bath and shower, bidet and hair dryer), linen included. They are provided with TV room and dining room, central heating and access for disabled people.

Outside, in the period from May to September, guests can relax in the swimming pool with sun terrace and barbecue area with wooden tables and benches for outdoor barbecues.

The owner, George, will show you places where you can sample local produce and accompany you to search for mushrooms and truffles. For fishing enthusiasts to the brown trout, the fantastic scenery of the lake Vigi will fulfill your expectations.
