 The farmhouse Borgo Poneta is located in the countryside surrounding Barberino Val d'Elsa, halfway between Siena and Florence, on the Chianti hills which overlook San Gimignano. It is hard to describe the beauty and the enchanting atmosphere you experience walking through the ancient farmhouses and barns recently restored following the classical Tuscan architectural canons and a particular attention for the environment; today they are began apartments, rural museum and comfortable places for our guests. Poneta is a timeless place, where serenity overcomes the stress of the city, in touch with nature, it is a safe place to play and a great place to enjoy walks or swim in the pool. Our guests can choose from a selection of furnished apartments which once made up the old farmhouse of Borgo Poneta. The apartments have been perfectly restored and offer all modern comforts, whilst maintaining the traditional style. Every window offers a view of the beautiful surrounding hills with their vineyards and olive groves; from here you can breathe the sunny Tuscany country!
