CASE PERROTTA 

In General 

 The agricultural exploitation “Case Perrotta” locates on the slope of the Etna Vulcan, 700m above the sea level in the territory of Sant’Alfio. Furthermore it is five minute’s walk from the millenary “One hundred Horses Chestnut tree”. The surface of about 13 hectares runs along the natural Etna park and it faces the sea giving a very wide and impressive landscape of the Taormina citadel, the port of Riposto, the bay and the Etna Vulcan grandeur with its top craters. The houses architecture dates from 1500 and 1600 giving to the structure a very appealing atmosphere. Today the ancient country house accommodates 10 comfortable rooms, which sleep 25. All of these provided with bathrooms, minibar, television and safe. As for the restoration, Case Perrotta cooking is full of invention. As a matter of a fact it exalts local dishes and savoury ancient recipes now forgotten.
