Description: Welcome to BB il Quadrifoglio, elegant Villa, immersed in the green of Prato Comunale, residential area at the gates of the city of Sassari. The structure rises in a region of 5000 M between olive groves, orchards and a perfectly kept garden.

The BB il Quadrifoglio is situated at the centre of a territory (North West of Sardinia) rich in natural resources and archaeological of rare beauty and interest, a nearby Stables that promotes tourist excursions in the area, a few minutes by car from the sea of Alghero, Stintino and of the Gulf of Asinara.

The structure the villa is prepared on two levels, the lower with independent entrance, is reserved to BB. Has two comfortable rooms, each with private bathroom, heating, colour TV and mini-bar. The day area is composed of the kitchen and a large veranda, where in the summer, breakfast is served.
