Since in our mill (ICEA and Demeter certified) grind only organic flour, was a natural choice to offer our guests a breakfast in harmony with our style of work and life.

We believe that the way we think and act is in part influenced by the food we eat, if our body works well and is stronger, the mind can be more lucid and serene. All the baked goods you find on the buffet are produced using various organic flour milled in our stone mill.

The pies, pizzas, some types of biscuits, cakes (cakes, plum cake, strudel) are prepared by Margaret. Following the rule of simplicity, we do not use additives or flavorings in addition to raw materials. The result is also to enhance the individual flavors.
The various breads are naturally leavened. Accompany these dishes jams and juices of 100% pure fruit without added sugar, tea and coffee that we have chosen among those from organic farming and fair trade. Butter, cheese and cold cuts are typical of the area.
