Old House is a glorious eighteenth century farmhouse, recently restored with original materials such as handcrafted stone and wood worked by hand.

The farmhouse is situated in a peaceful position in the rolling foothills of the Sibillini Mountain range, in the very heart of the outstandingly beautiful Marche region. The unrivalled panorama allows the eye to wander over the magnificent mountains, across the gentle outline of the hills to the sea.

This expansive property is divided into two wonderful apartments called ‘Romeo’ and ‘Juliet’ each having its own entirely separate entrance allowing for privacy. Both apartments are lavishly provided with every comfort and convenience. With exquisite furnishings throughout, the amenities include: a bar area, satellite television, stereo systems, double and single bedrooms, sofa beds, fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms with spacious showers. Everything you require for a perfectly relaxed self sufficient holiday.

Guests may hire the entire house, a single apartment or just the bar and seating area on the first floor which is perfect for parties or ceremonies. Upon arrival, guests will be offered a typical ‘welcome’ breakfast.

The farmhouse has a beautiful garden and terraces where you can relax and enjoy the views. Alternatively, swim in the stunning pool with stone surround which is situated in the lower garden.

Old House is perfectly situated for exploring the region. For walking and mountain biking or for excursions by car to the mountains and the beaches. From here you can discover all the cultural and natural delights of this most charming area.
